The agreement
By creating an Astria VPN account you agree to these terms. They exist to keep the service running for everyone β not to trap you. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
Acceptable use
You may not use Astria VPN to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
- Run port scans, brute-force attacks, or denial-of-service activity.
- Distribute material that exploits minors.
- Anything that exposes our network to immediate legal removal.
Billing & refunds
Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Annual plans are billed upfront. We refund unused time within seven days of purchase, no questions asked.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for the credentials issued to your account. Don't share them. If credentials leak, reset them from the dashboard.
Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Maintenance windows are announced in advance. We are not liable for downstream loss caused by service interruption.
In-app support chat
Astria VPN apps include a built-in support chat connecting you to a live human operator. By using the chat β clicking Send in the support panel or attaching a file β you consent to the following terms in addition to everything above:
- All messages and attachments are end-to-end encrypted on your device (X25519 + ChaCha20-Poly1305) before they reach our servers. We only see ciphertext.
- You may attach files, photos, videos, screen recordings, and VPN diagnostic logs β up to 500 MB per attachment. Encrypted attachments are stored on our infrastructure for up to 30 days, then automatically deleted.
- An AI assistant is available only in tester builds for debugging and feedback. Release builds use the live human operator exclusively. A general-availability AI assistant is planned for a future release and will only activate after a separate consent prompt.
- Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or third-party personal data through chat. Operators may close sessions used for harassment, threats, or spam without reply.
Acceptance of the in-app consent checkbox at first launch constitutes your agreement to this section. If you do not accept, you can continue using the VPN itself β only the chat will be disabled.
